PPR Hot Melt Welding Machine 20–32mm is designed as a professional-grade socket fusion tool for precision welding of PB, PPR, PE, and PP pipelines. The aluminium-alloy housing offers strong structural durability, while the manganese-steel heating panel ensures rapid thermal response and long-term stability. Its electroplated red finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance, keeping the tool reliable under heavy job-site usage.

This machine features automatic temperature regulation, delivering consistent melting performance within the AC110V/220V -250V voltage range. The included welding heads—20mm, 25mm, 32mm—adopt a thickened heat-melt coating that accelerates heating and improves adhesion during fusion. The ergonomic non-slip handle enhances operational control, allowing installers to complete welding tasks with higher accuracy and reduced fatigue.

Designed for plumbing construction, renovation, and pipeline installation, the fusion process is straightforward: assemble the appropriate welding head, preheat until temperature stabilization, insert the pipe and fitting without rotation, complete the heating cycle, and connect them immediately to form a uniform, reliable socket joint. This tool ensures strong molecular bonding and stable performance for both home and industrial piping projects.

How to Use PPR Hot Melt Welding Machine

Mount the heating plate onto the fusion welder and secure the machine onto its stand. Select the welding heads that match the pipe size, position the smaller heads at the front and the larger ones at the back, then fasten them firmly with the hex key.
Connect the machine to power. When the green light activates and the red light switches off, the unit has reached temperature stability and is ready for operation under automatic temperature control.
Cut the pipe squarely using a pipe cutter. Insert both the pipe and fitting straight into the preheated welding heads without twisting. Once the heating interval is complete, remove both pieces simultaneously and immediately join them to the required depth in a straight line, ensuring a smooth, even fusion bead at the connection.
