Examine Color & Texture

  • Normal: Smooth surface, consistent light brown color
  • Reject:
    • Pale yellow (underheated)
    • Dark brown/black (overheated)
    • Bubbles/cracks (contamination)

Verify Insertion Depth

  • Measure with calipers against marked line
  • Allowable tolerance: 0.5mm deviation
