In modern pipeline installation, contractors and installers face two recurring challenges: the need for butt welding of HDPE pipes and socket welding of HDPE/PPR pipes. Traditionally, this requires two separate machines, increasing both investment and operational complexity. Our newly developed HDPE Welding Machine solves this pain point with an integrated dual-function system. Featuring digital temperature control and a 160mm wide Teflon-coated heating plate, it allows operators to switch seamlessly between butt fusion welding and socket welding with interchangeable dies .
